Welcome to the interactive
geographic information system (GIS) (or
webGIS), which
is linked to the
ICES habitat mapping metadata
catalogue.
The webGIS presents the seabed
habitat maps produced and collated by the MESH (2004-2008) and MESH
Atlantic (2010-2014) projects. During 2012 the webGIS has
undergone an upgrade as part of the MESH Atlantic project.
Users can either select the
information they wish to view ("Build a query") or
simply launch the mapper and browse for information
by clicking the relevant icon below.

to the webGIS and zoom to the study area of the
selected result or click on the Dataset name to view
the full metadata record in the ICES Spatial
